When you submit a search or booking request, we collect your name, email, phone number, pick-up/drop-off preferences, and any message you write. If you upload a driving licence or ID document for a booking, that document is stored securely and linked only to your booking record.
To respond to your enquiry, generate rental offers, process bookings and payments, and comply with legal obligations (invoicing, fraud prevention). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Car rental suppliers and affiliate partners you request a quote from, our payment processor (Stripe) to process payments, and hosting/email providers who process data on our behalf under contract.

Booking and lead data is kept for the duration needed to fulfil the booking plus the legal retention period for invoicing (typically 5 years in Spain). Documents uploaded for identity verification are deleted once no longer needed for the booking.
